I have to close this now but I will certainly be holding another AvA in the future if this one ends up being successful!

"What is an AvA?"
- It is a knock-out tournament in which entrants are put against each other over several rounds - each round you are given a different theme and have two weeks to make a piece of art based on that theme. The entries are judged on creativity, effort, technical skill and how well it fits with the theme, and the winner of each pair of entrants advances to the next round!

"Who are the judges?"

"What are the rules of your AvA?"
-- When drawing along the theme, you can do anything~! Comedy, horror, dramatic, etc. Don't think you're limited to serious pieces of art.
- You are free to do traditional art/digital art, photography is not allowed, however.
- No flaming, bashing, and/or spamming other contestants
- Do NOT bribe, or beg the judges to let you win
- All of the art you enter with must be 100% made by yourself.
- Only enter if you know you'll be able to make the two-week deadlines for each round. If something unexpected crops up inform us immediately, and we shall give an extension if we think the reason is justifiable.
- Have fun!

"Can I have a different theme?"
- Nope, because the purpose of the AvA is to see how well you follow the theme that others picked out for you! c:

"Can I skip this round?"
- No, if you miss a round you 'lose' the round and you're out of the tournament.

"Placing?"
- The two people who make it to the final round win first place and runner up.

"What are the prizes?"
Feel free to donate a prize if you wish!

● Full picture of one character from Funke-Pines

Runner up
● 50-300 or more points [Depends how many people join] from Desuroo
○ Simple flat color drawing from Desuroo
● Sketch from Desuroo
○ 1-week feature on Desuroo's page.
