By requesting a commission from me, you have read & agreed to all terms & conditions
Artwork Rights
● I retain copyrights to the artwork, the character owners retain copyrights to the characters.
● I retain display rights. All artwork will be posted on dA, Weasyl and/or FA.
● You must not alter the art piece in any way. You must not try to erase/alter my signature (that's disrespectful!).
● You can NOT resell art you buy from me.
● Please do not post my art on Facebook or Photobucket. Ever.
● Let me know if you post my art somewhere else.
● By buying art from me you agree to everything of this.
I WILL DRAW
● Humans
● Animals.
● Original Characters.
● Fan Characters. [Pokemon, Digimon, etc.]I WILL NOT DRAW
● Anthros
● Mecha, robots, cars, etc.
● Sexual/Explicit Content.
WARNING: I am willing to try all animals, but I may have weaknesses. I will warn you.
Time Frame
● Please allow at least 4-8 weeks from the day you purchased your commission for it to be completed. Often times, commissions are completed much sooner; it all just depends on how busy I am and if there are any situations in real life that may impede progress. If after 8 weeks your commission has not been completed, feel free to note me and ask on its progress.
I work on commissions in order, but I may decide to go out of order depending on the kind of commissions.
Payment & Refunds
● I accept payment through Paypal only. Prices are in USD. I will give you my paypal email once all commission info has been discussed with me via-note on dA.
And Points by the 100 points = $1 ratio.
● I require payment only when I have sent and you have approved the sketch/lineart of your commission. I will only complete your commission when I have received payment in full. If you are uncomfortable with paying upfront, you can pay half the amount, but I do require some payment before completing your commission. You will not receive your completed piece of work until you have paid in full.
● I will NOT give refunds at your request. Only if I do not finish.
● If for any reason I decide I cannot complete your commission after you've paid, you will receive a full refund, regardless of how much work I've done.
